Monday morning is usually the most busy day!!
There are so many things to be done, and to look into.
But with my hipster PDA, it makes every thing easy. It include my To-Do list, my chart, my drawing... all sorts of rubbish.

To-Do-List. Something that got me all hook up few years back.
I've tried various method of creating a TDL that will ease my way of working, but nothing beats Index Cards.
Its a lot more easier to carry, and the stiff surface makes it easier for me to pen my notes.
I have some pens and pencils.
A moleskine.
And a head full of quotes, lyrics and the like.

I'm getting ready to move to a new state and start a new job, so I have tons of things I need to do. Time is growing short and my To Do list seems to keep growing longer. But today I said "Aww, screw it all" and tore that list up into pieces. Sometimes, you just have to give things the f*ck all and take a fun day. That's my Day 231.

The time line is a rough estimation of how long I want to work at a job or when to schedule something. The aim is to remove all the red markers by the end of the day, but if some jobs are still undone, the marker can stay there or be rescheduled for a different time for the next day. If a job which can only be done at certain times is left undone before the end of the day, I turn it diagonally, so I can ignore it for the rest of the day, and reschedule the following day. Other undone jobs are just slipped down to a new time slot.

Our family chalk board is rarely empty. My wife, Sarah, has listed her plans for the day. Chores with champagne? Interesting concept. I like it!

Schedule Management. It took getting back in school to really organize and prioritize my time. And ironically I got myself prioritized and ready for school, so I could take a class on time management. Brilliant.
I do keep this calendar in front of me most of the day. I also keep a desk calendar on my wall at home and on my desk at the office so I can see what is happening on the month level- not just the daily and weekly. It’s been actually motivating to keep this up. My personal opinion is that you can never be too organized!

Doodled on the whiteboard of course. Distorted it in Photoshop to take the parallax out, and replaced the background with a flat white and cropped it close. Had to stretch the image then to make it square so that the Polaroid border (in Ribbet) worked, and then added a button edge back in Photoshop.
the formation of the mountains (pass) in the background is called Lappenpforte (or Lapland-gate), because this is the way the sapmi-people are crossing the mountains in spring and autumn with their reindeers

My to-do list for today - 29 September 2010
It's my monthly maternity clinic appointment today (in 30 minutes, actually). Later today I will call Mom if she could look after my son for a moment so that I could go and buy myself a nice new journal. I'm going to learn how to knit a poncho for a Blythe doll - maybe Megi (my sister) could show me how to do it today? And what's for dinner?! Have to figure that one out.
Now, what I would like you to do is:
