Timex 1968 Military Sprite. Dial is marked "Waterproof" and has 24 hour markings. Good lume on markers and harnds. Watch winds, runs well, and keeps good time. Crystal needs polishing.
Just the watch I use when I expect to get sweaty but need to keep track of time such as running or riding a bike.
This image also has an alternate meaning to me. I'm just a week away from completing my photo-a-day (365) project.

My new watch, an early birthday present from Lauren (my birthday is June 5th). It's a Timex Ironman Triathlon Dual-Tech T5E371 (that's the UK/Europe part number; probably different in the US).
It's pretty much the perfect watch for me: resin strap (I have narrow wrists and hairy arms = no bracelet straps, please); analogue display; additional large digital time/date (which can be switched off completely); Timex's Indiglo light system for easy reading at night; two time-zones which can be toggled momentarily; periodic alarms; very light for its size. I love this thing.

No philosophy in my image. Just my trusty Timex. I need to adjust it by a couple of seconds every half a year or so--I'm being literal here, two seconds, not more.

I'm to be incredibly honest. I'm beyond my boyband days and I've moved on to "mature" music if that's what you call it, hearing about the wanted being a boyband, I've to admit, I scoffed at it.
15 mins before the interview, I was really amazed to see Siva posing for a few photos while having a smoke break with a few girls at the lobby. I for one, certainly admire to artists who can look beyond the fame and fortune and give time out to fans to hand out an autograph or smile for a photo. Beyond that, 15 mins later. I'm placed into a room with the five boys and a couple of other reporters from various magazines. The boys offered us "skit-els", I still can't get over their accent and how much I miss the UK.
They were calm, friendly (overly friendly however in a good way) and most important of it, they enjoyed themselves. In the media industry, where interviews are frowned at and seen as a complete utter waste of time by most artists, the Wanted certainly changed my perception of it. Listening to them go about their stories with Robbie Williams and Take that, I was inspired (I mean one of them is only 17 years of age) I've got to be embarrassed at where I am right now and start picking up the pieces. In the mean time, I'm getting on Youtube to take a listen to this boyband *scoffs*
