Timeless. Beauty that you will never tire of. I think that summed it up for me, standing on the shore of Crummock water on a cold February morning. I did not get the sunrise I expected but I have got a photography that I will always enjoy looking at. Jobs a good'un.
A year ago, no load-bearing ice at all that winter... ~sigh~ but an early spring with backlash and snowfall the day after this picture was taken.

Yesterday I was invited to a business event at the residency of Swiss Consul General Hans-Ulrich Tanner. The house is right at China Beach, San Francisco.
I processed a balanced HDR photo from a long exposure RAW image.

P.S. Some things are just timeless. A large fire of consistency without the need for sparks is much stronger and more fulfilling.
