I took this at Seaford in the Seven Sisters National Park in Sussex on the south coast of England. I have seen many images of this scene but none quite like this one, I sepia toned it to give that timeless quality to it, I also love that winding path leading you in to the image, what do you lot think?
Bicycles aren’t popular here in Newfoundland like they are in bigger cities. I love visiting places like Ottawa and taking in all the ways people get around. In my wandering I think the classic Brooks saddle might be my favourite find. It’s timeless, fits both vintage and modern bicycles, and darn it, just gorgeous.

Spituk Monastery, also better as Spituk Gompa , is a Buddhist monastery in Leh district, Ladakh, northern India. The site of Spituk was blessed by the Arhat Nyimagung. It was founded by Od-de, the elder brother of Lha Lama Changchub Od when he came to Maryul in the 11th Century. He introduced the monastic community. When Lotsewa Rinchen Zangpo (Translator) came to that place he said that an exemplary religious community would arise there and so the monastery was called spituk (exemplary). During the time of Dharma raja Gragspa Bum-Ide the monastery was restored by Lama Lhawang Lodos and the stainless order of Tsonkhapa was introduced and it has remained intact as such till present. Founded as a Red Hat institution, the monastery was taken over by the Yellow Hat sect in the 15th century. The monastery contains 100 monks and a giant statue of Kali.

The Chicago Stock Exchange Arch is one of the few surviving fragments from the Chicago Stock Exchange building designed in 1893,
installed outside the Art Institute of Chicago, in the U.S. state of Illinois.
The arch was sculpted by Dankmar Adler & Louis Sullivan in 1893 and was preserved when the building was demolished in 1972.
It was installed outside the Art Institute of Chicago in 1977
