I am very glad to introduce a piece made by my youngest son Oliver......who inherited my old Nikon.
“Photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still.” (Dorothea Lange)
The always lovely Christine Falls in Mt. Rainier Nation Park is one of the most beautiful falls I have ever photographed. For me the detail in the rock that Van Trump Creek has been sculpting for centuries adds another dimension of beauty to this gem. I would love to be able to feel how smooth that granite slab that forms the main pour over point is?
Archive picture from Rügen trip in october 2010.
I used here my old Nikon D50 with Tokina 12-24 mm @ 12 mm and B+W ND110 filter.

A black and white photo of the Fort Point Light Station at Fort Point State Park, Maine.
Photographed with a Holga 120N plastic toy camera using Ilford HP5 Plus 400 black and white film. The film was developed and scanned by @dsmfilmlab in Des Moines, Iowa.
Lilla Lotta Village House. Almost the same type of house as I did on the large tall cushion.
For now, I am so busy putting christmas gifts together for family and friends :)
I might be a little quiet... wish I could stop time for a bit ....
Beautifully designed classic cars, the most pocketable classic rangefinder camera, and some plain old panchromatic 400 film pushed a stop makes for an unbeatable combo of classics.
I kept my little XA in a pocket nearly my entire trip from Arkansas to Colorado and back. This photo was taken on a stop over in Salina, KS.

Special thanks to Jeff Lewis landESCAPEphotography for giving me a heads up about the Southern California weather condition. I knew that it's been burning real good in So Cal for the past week and Saturday was not to be counted out either. The glow you're seeing actually happened during the last few minutes of this particular sunset.

2102 passes the wig wag crossings at Pittston Yard while spinning the locomotive on the wye before heading south.
Timeless, is the word that comes to mind, when sitting here alone, with no people around, at the end of the day, at Seal Bay, on Vancouver Island. Nikkor 12-24mm f/4 pro lens.
The timeless in you is aware of life's timelessness;
and knows that yesterday is but today's memory and tomorrow is today's dream.”
