Time lapse video trying to capture Leonid meteor shower. No luck with meteors but cool effect with cloud bank approaching then dissipating. Shot on Night Sky Workshop 2018-11-16. Illumination on grain elevators provided by the 64% Waxing Gibbous Moon. Warmth for the evening provided by "Hot Shots"...lol

This is my second go at doing a timelapse of a drive.
This was put together when me and some friends went to Tescos for icecream.. simple as that :) haha
Car used for this is my friends SEAT Ibiza featured in some of my photos :) thank you for driving mate!!!
I need the inside of the car lit up a bit more for next time but other than that I am really happy with this one.

Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the 2008 iteration of the annual RIT BigShot at Schoen Place in Pittsford, NY.
The BigShot involves many people with flashlights and flashes running around lighting up a scene for the main camera to capture in a long exposure. While all of that was happening, I shot this timelapse of the action from up close. This edited clip covers three attempts at the BigShot, which each of which is visible as climactic activity and many flashing lights. Makes for an interesting video, no?

This is Bristol, by the way - I'm back in Blighty!
First attempt at a timelapse. Me and Ben walking up to the pub. I took a shot every 2 to 3 steps whilst walking, some of the shots ended up a bit blurry but not surprised. I suppose I could have stopped for each shot but there was a pint at the end of it. The buffer filled up every now and then but it gave me a chance to rest my aching arms, surprising how heavy it gets after a while. 560 shots at 24 fps ended up as just over 23 secs when the card filled up and I didn't have a spare, I was hoping to make it to the pub and finish with Ben downing a pint in one. Maybe next time.

I like how it seems to flow north from the lake until about 5 am or so and then flows back out to the lake.. kinda like a wave of fog.. i never knew that.. i thought it just dissipated

Major rivers Glomma and Vorma meets up a bit further up in the landscape, and they are distributing sediments which are caught up in the large but shallow lake, creating new landmass. In the process Gods and witches, wonders and mysteries can be gleaned :-) - southeast Norway
Just made my first timelapse video to test the new Windows Live Movie Maker released August 2009.
The stop motion video consists of 121 photos taken every 2 minute an afternoon last summer. I like the way the semi-automatic P mode on my old Olympus SP-550UZ compensates for the falling light as the night comes and makes the inside of the house brighter and brighter while the outside remains unchanged, until it gets really dark.
The new Windows Live Movie Maker seems to be working ok for time laps. Much better than the old one, I barely remember trying to make stop motion videos in it, failing at the task. I could have wished for possibility for smoothing the transformation between each capture, but that might be fixed with a plug-in if they've architectured the application for such plug-ins.
The Sample Flickr Plug-in for Windows Live Photo Gallery worked flawlessly for uploading to Flickr directly from Movie Maker.

My first timelapse photography! The subject is an installation piece I created for the iPHONE Therefore iART exhibition at the Chicago Art Department gallery.
The relief sculpture is a paper/plaster composite wall panel. Portrait projection uses images shot, manipulated and edited with Brushes and Juxtaposer on my iphone .
