Timelapse sequences shot at the European cycle messenger championships 2013 in Bern, Switzerland [1].
Each sequence is about 400 photos recorded in a two-second interval with my D700 and a Sigma 10-20. The camera was perfectly still, the panning and zooming was done with the free version of Panolapse [2], the sequences were merged to a movie with Quicktime Pro at 24 frames per second, titling was done in iMovie.

When Chris Harbeck visited last month, he suggested I try a time lapse series of my tulips. This is hardly the best execute; i merely tried to aim my knee on the same rock every day for 2 weeks, and the time of day varied, but here you got- life and death of one tulip.
There was supposed to eb a sound track, but I've been unable to get audio exported from the new slideshow feature of Aperture 3.

Well this is my first timelapse video. Learnt a lot from this experience. It might not be the best but i tried what i could do. Kerala is a beautiful place especially when it comes to the beaches. Didn't get a lot of footage due to a lot of issues. Also my tripod isn't very stable so you can notice how the photos go out of frame at times. I need to get an intervalometer asap. That is the lesson i learnt from my first timelapse experience. The music that is playing in the background was also randomly composed by me (I know its shitty but oh well) All the editing plus music took me about 3 hours of work time. Rendering this on After Effects was a bitch. Also i want to thank Rachel Francis for motivating me to put all of this together.

This is the first quality timelapse I realize...after 2-3 firsts attempts of other subjects with a low quality level (did not find the good settings).
I hope to make enough ones to make a 3 minutes video...

Missed focus by just a hair, but that is enough to have a big impact on sharpness.

Link to the airport is almost complete! There was a media ride today so someone at King 5 pointed the camera at the station all day. And a couple of times they zoomed way in to look at their microwave truck.
