This little Robin couldn't wait for the fresh water in the birdbath this morning. As soon as I poured it in, it was bath time.

Time is too slow for those who wait,
too swift for those who fear,
too long for those who grieve,
too short for those who rejoice,
but for those who love,
time is eternity.
Quote by Henry Van Dyke (American short-story Writer, Poet and Essayist, 1852-1933)
Balls of the Plane Tree

Time has become our god. We treasure it, value it, try to make the best of every second. We do not want to waste a single breath because we fear it might be our last one. Time is everything. When we waste it, take time for ourselves, spend an evening at home or do not work full-time, we are a failing because now everything is about time and how to be efficient, successful, fast. Everything has to be made, at once, and the pile only gets bigger.
How about, we take a minute, and forget all about time? What if you stop letting a clock or a calendar rule your life?
Closing time
One last call for alcohol
So finish your whiskey or beer
Closing time
You don't have to go home
But you can't stay here...

TK455': "Hi! We're TK455 and TK479 from the future."
TK455: "Isn't our encounter supposed to create a time paradox, the results of which could cause a chain reaction that would unravel the very fabric of the space time continuum, and destroy the entire universe?"
TK479': "No. It's not the same movie."
TK479: "Why is that guy looking like me?"
Part of the time-travel story arc.
For better comprehension, during the next days, the TK455 and TK479 who are coming from the future will be named TK455' and TK479'.

The key in the bottom has been in use a few years longer than the other. Over the forty to fifty years I've used it, its life inside pockets and my hands have worn off all the markings. It's a frequent reminder (as if I need any) that I'm moving along in age.
I am definitely not rocking around the clock. 11:14 am now. will get my COVID results in 8 hours. I have been vaccinated but we spent time unmasked with Hadley’s friend. And the doctor’s best guess is that both Hadley and i are positive. Getting X-rays next. Wish me luck. ODC: rocking around the clock
Yes, I am back to 2002 ;)
Pretty crazy old camera that still operates. It's slow as hell but the overall feeling and experience is nice.
This was one of the first images I took on my Canon 70D. I look back at this from time to time, and find a new way to appreciate it every time.
