Re- edit 2018 , the view from the second floor at Chateau d´Ah, a really,really nice wooden staircase. After it was destroyed by vandals and sprayed with ugly graffittis, it was finally demolished in 2017. Time to remember this lovely spot...
Just driving over a bridge in Ramsgreave, Lancashire - lots of people with cameras. Asked what was going on -Sir Nigel Gresley passing through in 5 minutes! Just had time to park the car and run back to the bridge with my point-and-shoot Canon D30! Usually use a DSLR - but isn't the best camera the one you always have with you?!!

Brunswick St - Fitzroy.. One of my favourite streets in Melbourne. Lunch was over and time for a cup of tea.
It was great watching the last few surfers decide whether it was worth trying to catch one more wave, or to call it quits and head home. This surfer very reluctantly decided it was time to go.
Summer time even butterflies like to have a snack. Warm outside and no rain today. Just right for “”Snack Time” in our garden. I had a cold drink and watched as several butterflies enjoyed themselves. Thanks for viewing my photos.
I cannot believe Stetson is now 8 months old. Whew, we have survived puppy stage! Even though he is a teenager now, he is so well behaved, smart and sweet. He is enjoying a very interesting sunrise up at Big Beal Lake. I had to run and get my phone to capture these brilliant colors for so early in the morning.
We just spent the morning setting up the tent for our church's Royal Rangers fireworks stand. That means I am not going to have a lot of time for Flickr over the next couple of weeks.
Rushing into darkness: a view through the driver's compartment of an underground tram into the tunnel connecting to the next underground stop. The dark circle in the middle is caused by the lens hood's reflection, which inadvertently also enhances the tunnel effect.

Memory is all about time travel. 2016 is full of memories but that was my favorite one. A glade in the forest offered me a unique view of the milky way, back in summer, up in the mountain of Parnonas. Lets make 2017 a year full of doing what we love the most.
