(06/365) A small Teasel plant (one of 3 that my mom brought over in a pot for me in October) they are biannual so hopefully now I've planted them in the garden they will grow & produce flowers this Summer. Happy Textural Tuesday!

compañia de seguros...
estos paisajes me encantan, pero siempre pienso en que estoy anunciando una financiera, o algo asi.
these kind of landscapes always amaze me, but I also feel Im announcing an insurance company or a finance consultancy.
Henderson park retreat, Saturday safari.
Well really only two years, but it seems like longer. Two years ago last autumn we were driving down this one lane road in Ohio when we came upon this beautiful tree hanging over the road, so I stopped and took several pictures. Since then I have tried several times to make something out of this image and failed every time, until now. I didn’t do anything different this time, I think I just cropped it better. I processed it in Photoshop and used two of my own textures on it.
Like the northern lights I completely missed out on the rare appearance of snow down here this week. North Dorset, Wiltshire and even Weston got a dumping but nothing whatsoever on the South Coast.
Still what can beat seeing snow covered mountains? Taken handheld with my 200mm lens which has been repaired (after I slipped on ice and dropped it). I was £500 lighter but I'm getting it back through my home insurance and it's like a new lens. Result!
I bet North Wales is even more beautiful this week but its maybe unlikely I'd be able to get around.
Have a lovely weekend x

Happy weekend Everyone :)
Thanks Om for the cc...made the changes as suggested buddy!
Around the time the sun breaks the horizon the birds come out. I processed this in Photoshop and textured it with two textures including Lenabem-Anna J’s texture 168.
That is when we shall meet again.
Textures are from the latest mini pack. "The Artist's Palette- Neutral." Textures used, "Little Spirits," "Shades of Memory," and "Soft Spoken" and bird brushes. Bird brushes for Photoshop are free on the website.
Don't really know what to say about this image.. except that it was taken a long time ago, but I didn't post it because there was something I didn't like about it. There still is, but I decided to post it anyway.
My very old "Teddy" who has always been very precious to me (his face is more like a monkey :). He was a gift from my Aunt & Uncle when I was born (66 years ago). He still has such a happy face even though his fur has worn away and is face has in-ground grime.

This monument (the Geo-Needle) marks the beginning of the Jurassic Coast, a spectacular coastline and UNESCO World Heritage Site between Orcombe Point in Devon and Old Harry Rocks in Dorset. UK.
The coastal exposures along the coastline provide a continuous sequence of Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous rock formations spanning approximately 185 million years of the Earths history.
To the right of the Geo-Needle is the centre of the MilkyWay Galaxy which is believed to be around 14 billion years old...!
