Thanks to Lenabem (texture 36) and SkeletalMess (V23b) for their textures.

I don't know what they put in the water in China but who ever drinks it tends to multiply. For real.

It also feels that it's the same outside of the water as we're in Yu Garden, the only laid back place I know Shanghai has to offer, meaning that I also feel like one of those fishes almost getting pushed in the water as a group passed behind and as I'm trying to connect with my new chinese fish friends.

In the dry creek beds in the Eastern Sierra, you can find an abundance of beautiful foliage colors and textures. When departing our campsite on an overcast morning, I was compelled to capture the rich reds, golds, and subtle green tones of this small scene along Tuttle Creek.

Another Hamilton cityscape. It is inspired by Flickr members and the final texture was from Cris Lenz for which all my thanks.

Okay so this wasnt really on purpose at all. I was doing some panorama shots and i really, really had to take a piss so i forgot all about self-timer and long shutterspeed. This is the result:

I've wanted to experiment with textures for a long time and have had some struggles with it.

Thank you Medtechno for Texture No 9. The texture is from her flickr site listed below. I'd also like to thank my flickr friend, Gloria, for giving me some great tips.

Yesterday my husband surprised me with roses at the airport! :) I loved how soft and delicate they look.

I've got my own moral compass to steer by

A guiding star beats a spirit in the sky

And all the preaching voices -

Empty vessels ring so loud

As they move among the crowd

Fools and thieves are well disguised

In the temple and market place

Like a stone in the river

Against the floods of spring

I will quietly resist

Like the willows in the wind

Or the cliffs along the ocean

I will quietly resist

I don't have faith in faith

I don't believe in belief

You can call me faithless

I still cling to hope

And I believe in love

And that's faith enough for me

Just playing around with this, it's a texture from a vintage photo with the Argus TTV layered over it. I would LOVE to see what you do with this( because I am nosy) but most importantly have fun!

Dust lanes seem to swirl around the core of Messier 96 in this colorful, detailed portrait of the center of a beautiful island universe. Of course M96 is a spiral galaxy, and counting the faint arms extending beyond the brighter central region, it spans 100 thousand light-years or so, making it about the size of our own Milky Way. M96, also known as NGC 3368, is known to be about 35 million light-years distant and a dominant member of the Leo I galaxy group. The featured image was taken by the Hubble Space Telescope. The reason for M96's asymmetry is unclear -- it could have arisen from gravitational interactions with other Leo I group galaxies, but the lack of an intra-group diffuse glow seems to indicate few recent interactions. Galaxies far in the background can be found by examining the edges of the picture. via NASA ift.tt/1NNvVhP

I'm trying to keep my mind occupied today. My parents flew this morning to Mexico because my uncles dad died two days ago. Also, my moms sister is sick with cancer, so they want to see them and offer them support. So me and my sister stayed home. It's tough that they had to fly on the day when my brother died two years ago. I'm feeling extra anxious for them and their safety. I feel like once again things are overwhelming me and I don't want to think so much. I have a fever and I couldn't sleep all night. So here is a texture for you guys.

If you use, please don't commercially redistribute or claim as your own. And also please incoporate it in to your artwork changine it somehow.

Go up there to All Sizes and save the Original File.

Also, for those of you that make manipulations I've started to post free stock images since last night on my DA account. I just started building it today, so there aren't many images yet. But if you want to check it out and see if you find anything useful, go here.
