our Founder Sarah Corbett delivered a talk at the 'Emporium of Invaluable Insights' tent in Shambala Festival, UK 2014. The tent & speakers where hosted by Futerra.

The last part of our world trip is a two-week tour of the British Isles.
We make stops in London, Edinburgh, Stoke-On-Trent, and Cambridge. Friends, family, ancient castles, hiking, picnics, museums, travel by Tube, and a lot of tea. Thanks to the world for a great year!

West Prussia Newspaper from Elbing, Germany printed on February 23, 1939. Ted Cannon and his companion wrote an article that was included on page 2 of this newspaper. One of the top headlines is about Hitler's visit to the München (Munich) Theater to see an opera.
For each of these cards I set the lettering in Illustrator then printed it at a very low opacity onto the cardstock. I then folded and cut each card and inked them with a gold gel roller.

Doncaster Odeon Cinema.Originally the Gaumont Palace, dropping the Palace part later.One of the last Gaumonts to be renamed Odeon, long after the towns original Odeon (former Ritz Cinema) had closed and been demolished.The Gaumont had full stage facilities and the Gaumont stage was one of the circuits most used both for Pop Concerts,week long shows, pantomimes and the Doncaster Amateur Operatic Society staged their yearly productions here for many years after the towns Grand Theatre had been turned into a bingo hall.Tripled in the 1960's but retaining the front stalls and circle and stage for Gaumont 1 making live shows still viable.70mm facilities were also added to the large theatre, reopening with 'Doctor Dolittle' in Todd-AO.The two small screens were placed under the circle with a corridor between the two to reach the front stalls.
