Made by cooking up yer blueberries in maple syrup. It produced a surprisingly sharp sauce, perhaps because blueberries are just sharp fruits, or perhaps because they weren't very ripe. Lovely, anyway. I'd been worried the sauce would be overpoweringly mapley.
