This funny shot is from a state body building championship held at Trivandrum.

Taking a break from the kitchen at the Food Truck Frenzy, Whitby.

An awesome early morning meetup with some cool friends yesterday...

With all the rain we've had lately, this place stunk like anything, and I'm sure I lost a few years of my life breathing all that mold and asbestos and whatever else was brewing there, but damn it was worth it..!!!

At the point when I took this shot, I wasn't really thinking much other than it was a cool spot for a SP.. this morning when I was processing it, my wife came up to me and asked if it was appropriate to take a shot like this...

So, if this shot offends anybody, I deeply and sincerely am sorry... did not mean to offend anybody's faith or religion.

Krypto is growing up. (It's been two years since his first Christmas with us ... the terror documented here. This is the first time he's not chosen to battle Sophie for control of all territories established as "tree".

Until she leaves the room. Patience has its rewards. ;-)

Kinetic photography (kinetic meaning “caused by motion” is an experimental photographic technique in which the photographer uses movement resulting from physics to create an image. This typically involves the artist not directly holding the camera, but allowing the camera to react to forces applied to it in order to make a photograph. This can include, but is not limited to; holding and shaking the wrist strap of the camera while taking a picture, dropping the camera off of objects while taking a picture, throwing or spinning the camera up in the air while taking a picture (called a camera toss), or rigorously moving the camera while taking a picture, etc. As the photographer has surrendered control over the camera to physical forces, this technique tends to produce abstract, random or blurred-motion photographs.

" The moment has come. A German officer, speaking to an army translator, awaits the arrival of his general to surrender a large portion of the army in the field. After six years, the invincible Wehrmacht has met its match and all over Europe scenes like this are being repeated." (Words and image recreated for my "Vintage" series)

This is the second in a personal series about self harm.

This photo signifies the voluntary surrender to the parts of you inside that allow you to do this to yourself.

Stagecoach London's first E400 deckers were to this longer length. Whilst some were converted to full and partial open top, some became driver trainers. 19139 has surrendered its allover purple training colours for this pride-based version of the 2020 livery.

... maybe the human race is able to learn, maybe ...

sometimes i get you, sometimes i don't understand. sometimes i love you, sometimes it's you i can't stand. sometimes i wanna hug you, sometimes i wanna push you away. most times i wanna kiss you, other times punch you in the face. cause every minute you start switching up and you say things like you don't give a fuck. then I say i'm through with you- take my heart from you- and you come running after me and baby i'm back with you. oh, you're not easy to love. why is everything with you so complicated? why do you make it hard to love you? oh i hate it cause..

if you really wanna be alone, i will throw my hands up cause baby i tried.

In the four days I was in San Diego, this was the only thing I got to see that was remotely tourist-y. Replicas of this piece have been all over the world, but this is a permanent, bronze one that was installed in 2013.

From Wikipedia:

"Unconditional Surrender is a series of sculptures by Seward Johnson resembling a photograph by Alfred Eisenstaedt, V–J day in Times Square, but said by Johnson to be based on a similar, less well known, photograph by Victor Jorgensen. The original statue was first installed in Sarasota, Florida, then was moved to San Diego, California and New York City. Other versions have been installed in Hamilton, New Jersey; Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; and Normandy, France."

A friend of mine took me beach exploring, and we landed on this awesome little surfing island Playa Perdida. We had a wonderful time exploring, taking photos, and surfing! It'd been a while since I had rekindled my love for SL Surfing but now that I found this place, I'm sure to get back to one of my favorite hobbies.

This is an inspiring statue next to the uss midway. I only had a few minuets to grab this before work. At first i was frusterated with the seagull not moving. But i kind of like him in the shot once i saw it on the computer
