Some of you asked how the wedding went that I photographed a short time ago. It was so much fun and exceeded my expectations. I hope to be able to post a few photos from the wedding, with their permission, once I've delivered the finished images to the bride and groom on the weekend.

Focusing on the depths of truth and love, I find refreshing breaths of life and worth.
My heart beats in colorful tides and I am surrounded in warmth.
Then I surrender my all.
Ophelia lost her hope and her life to the cold waters of fear and rejection. She placed her worth in the wrong people and things. Resuscitation starts with the Breath of Life. Life and love is a process. Give yourself the grace of time. Progress is progress. Dory would say to just keep swimming. I say, why swim, when you can learn to walk on water?
Speaking of processing and learning...I taught myself a few new things this week. This photo is a double image done in Photoshop. It's something I have never tried before and I am enjoying the results.

*This is my first installment of my Waterhouse Remembered series.
This weeks theme of the 'Smile on Saturday' group is 'PAWNS'. I have had this chess game for many years but rarely use it nowadays as nobody wants to play with me and I think the chess pieces were happy to leave their box for a moment. The match ended quickly, though, as the white pawn surrended to the 'enemy' before the had even started to play. :) HSoS !

Was able to catch 3 days in the Tetons ... it was cold, rainy, cloudy and even a bit of snow ... but it was a grand time!

This little beaver was busy building his home. This particular branch was on it's way back to find a place in the lodge but to me it looked like a flag of surrender! Smile.

Leeuwesteijn country house is one of the oldest estates of the city Vught. In 1753, there was a simple country house built by the family of Heurn. In 1794 the surrender of Den Bosch to here is the French General Pichegru. In 1899, a new, much larger villa built by the family van Rijckevorsel. Later, the house inhabited by the families M and van Lanschot l the Lochte, located in the Reeburg park. This park was laid out around the Huize Reeburg from 1822, which unfortunately was demolished in 1952. That fate is fortunately spared Leeuwesteijn castle. The family van Beuningen Fentener van Vlissingen let the House remodel in 1937 to the present castle-like building. White Castle impresses by the big tower with black Spire and the stepped gable who both beautifully mirroring in the pond Canal. After the conversion they donate it to the municipality of the city Vught that there the Town Hall in establishes. Also the surrounding park Reeburg is restored so the surroundings is nice too. Unfortunately, right on the park lays the busy A2 highway.
