Collision with wind turbine.
At 11.06hrs on 10th. April 2018, Vos Stone was operating in the Baltic Sea's Arkona Offshore Wind Farm at (transition piece) TP AB01, a wind turbine under construction. While a construction team was making the necessary preparations to feed cables at TP AB01 they were called back to the ship due to deteriorating weather conditions. The return of the team to the ship was carried by means of the Ampelmann 'walk2work' gangway and was completed a littler later. Just minutes after casting off from the wind turbine, the ships master decided to test an emergency control system, which resulted in the loss of control of the ship.
The wind and waves pushed Vos Stone back against TP AB01. The 1st. Officer regained control of the ship shortly before the collision, but there was no longer sufficient time to prevent it. The turbine sustained minor damage, while three crewmembers onboard the Vos Stone suffered minor injuries as a result of the impact. In addition, the damage to the ship was so bad that it needed repairing at a shipyard.
Still a very very pretty car.

Wooden roof supports on the porch of St Peter and St Pauls church in Kilmersdom, Somerset.
I understand this debate has been going on for what feels like the dawn of time, but since I now own bjds myself I'd like to put in my two cents. If anything I really just want to show my support for dolls artists. Whether you are just getting started or from a well known company I appreciate your hard work. It breaks my heart that people don't take into consideration the absolute heart you put into your craft. Over this past year and a half I've been on Instagram I've had the pleasure of seeing some of your dolls come together. From idea sketches to official releases. I truly have a respect for your motivation and patience!

The lines from the edge of the pond lead nicely into the structure while the unfinished barn itself looks like something that just does not belong. Almost colorless, in need of support, not of nature, incomplete, it appears out of place. But does't that just describe many things that are somehow, out of place or in need of "support".
I am quite fussy about scale, but with a reason; I like to be able to put different vehicles together. That is fairly easy to pull of on a fairly large scale. At this scale, not so much. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, though.

The Dennis Dart is a rear-engined single-decker midibus chassis that was introduced by Dennis of Guildford, England, in 1989, replacing the Dennis Domino. Initially built as a high-floor design
In 1996, Dennis launched a low-floor version of the Dart known as the Dart SLF, with the letters SLF standing for Super Low Floor in reference to the new low-floor design. It was 2.4 m (7 ft 10 in) wide and initially offered in lengths of 10 m (33 ft) and 10.6 m (35 ft), with air suspension introduced in place of the taper leaf used in the original design. . It was also offered with a wide variety of bodies, namely the East Lancs Spryte, UVG Urbanstar (later renamed as the Caetano Compass)
X 785 CUY
This is a very unusual one, bodied by East Lancs Spryte as a Fire and Rescue Command Support vehicle, it was supplied new to Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Services and was based at Malvern Fire Station.

A sign of the times. No-one is safe ANYWHERE these days. Still, it was re-assuring to see some sort of armed rapid response unit was to hand.
I think the vehicle is an Audi Q7.

BK-900 "Burgermeister Rex" -- clearly this creation is the byproduct of what happens when I'm brainstorming what to build next, and I suddenly get really hungry.
In all truthfulness, on one weekend afternoon I sat and pondered what sort of whimsical thing to build, when I realized I hadn't eaten all day. I then came up with the idea of the iconic Burger King "King" piloting a bipedal mechwarrior Whopper!
The construction was rather streamlined and straightforward, with many of the design aspects borrowed from last year's Mecha Mouse. The only real challenge was in the brainstorming phase when I was considering building a rival McDonald's mech unit, but alas didn't want to spend $20 on a custom-printed Ronald McDonald minifigure from eBay. Maybe I'll just build a Colonel Sanders one next instead.
Fact: during construction, I actually took a break and went to my nearest Burger King for lunch and inspiration. I ate four regular burgers, a large order of fries, and 20 chicken nuggets.
Fact: I have a severe food intolerance for mayonnaise, which means I'm unable to eat a Whopper anyway. This is why I only eat plain hamburgers with nothing but ketchup.
