ALTHOUGH it is rather nondescript the corn bunting does have a distinctive song. It dangles it legs when flying short distances, and just look at its nails, they are very approachable with extreme care, I love seeing them at the Ancient Highway Sandwich Kent.

Got close and personal to a very vintage movie projector. It was the first time I've ever seen one of these devices and I loved the look of it! It would be cool to have one of these on display and even luckier if I used it for its purpose. It's a purchase I'll definitely revisit in the future.

The former spa hotel Fürstenhof is a hotel complex in the southern quarter of the city of Eisenach in Thuringia. The buildings, which have been vacant since the mid-1990s, are in a ruinous condition. According to the ruling of the administrative court in Meiningen at the end of August 2021, the building may be demolished along with the ancillary buildings.
Investigations in 2000 and 2003 concluded that renovation was uneconomical. In 2004, the listed building status for the building complex was revoked - also in view of the structural decay and architectural losses during the GDR era.
To prevent a collapse, the ceiling of the foyer is completely supported with beams.

This stump supporting the large pot was an elder tree deposited as a seed forty years ago by a passing bird no doubt. It grew and grew and as we aged together I became weaker and it became stronger, pushing down my fences and scattering dye filled berries everywhere. When my friend who made red wine from the berries and white wine from the flowers passed away and I became less able to control its growth I had it reduced it to a stump. I felt guilty but it did make a good stand for the pot.

I had thought this old cypress stump on Armand Bayou was a nest site but it turns out it is currently just a waterfront diner, as both a male and this female Pileated Woodpecker stopped in for breakfast as I floated nearby.

While she isn't officially labeled an "Emotional Support Dog" there is no doubt in my mind that she has gotten me through some tough times. She is so loving and loyal and truly is a best friend. Schloss Nordkirchen is a palace situated in the town of Nordkirchen in the Coesfeld administrative district in the state of North Rhine Westphalia, Germany. The schloss was largely built between 1703 and 1734 and is known as the "Versailles of Westphalia" since it is the largest of the fully or partly moated Wasserschlösser in that region. It was originally one of the residences of the Prince-Bishopric of Münster.
