Seen at the little-known, little-visited but rather-super National History Museum of Cyprus in Larnaka, Cyprus.
So for all my waiting DOD said they would send a gift. I was fully surprised to find out they sent me a free wig PLUS 3 sets of eyelashes along with the other stuff I ordered =O Can't complain can I? Especially since the wig they sent me free is the one that ended up being Bijou's default lol That's why you see an empty wig bag there...she's wearing it while I took this pic! (the brown wig and extra pair of hands also came in the order amount so it was a lot of fun stuff!)

I found this wonderful giraffe fabric and used the pattern someone mentioned on the Yahoo group. I used rick-rack for the mane which you can't see and braided the tail from cotton floss. I gave it to my Mom for Christmas as a thank you for the class.
Diced various vegetables (onion, garlic, tomato, zucchini .... err, I can't remember what else... it was pretty much whatever was in the firdge), put em in a bowl, mix through a thinned tomato paste, added an egg (too many eggs in the fridge!), get a nice sauce consistency, and then stuff you capsicums. Oh, olive oil, of course. I also basted the outside of the capsicums, in case they burnt.
That's it, chuck 'em in the oven, wait till they start charcoal-ing a bit, add a bit more cheese on top if you like
OH! I totally forgot, the secret kicker - cream cheese in the middle of the stuffing (hidden suprise). Gives a nice blend to the harshness of the paste. Also, the pasta to dilute the intense flavour.
oh! there was also carrot in the mix.

Mrs. Bikampers' father passed last month and we have began clearing out his house. Mrs.Bs' mom wanted us to have tractor and the snowblowers. We have to make another trip later in the week to haul some more stuff out.
