A good grey nomad renovates home before letting son and DIL move in, part of that renovation is sorting out the junk and selling on Gumtree and eBay, that pays for the paint!
For TRP: 6pm
got distracted.. nearly missed it... hence... my desktop.. the literal, physical one, not the one on the computer... obviously.
This is everything else that should go back into the cabinet with the new lazy Susan. This is AFTER I threw some things away that didn't have lids, etc. I thought when kids moved out they were supposed to take some of this stuff with them. I didn't have any such luck.
I do this every year. As I do my spring cleaning, I pile all the stuff I don't use any more. A yard sale is so much work and I'm lazy, so I do it this way. It gets the stuff out of my house (which is the goal) and it eliminates the thrift store middle man for those who are looking for something. Everyone gets what s/he wants!
