I made this diaper cake for a coworkers baby shower at Rice. It's made with rolled up diapers and decorated with cool baby stuff. I love making them!

Lisa and I made stuffed tomatoes for lunch. The stuffing is 1 can tuna, 2 hard boiled eggs, fresh mozzarella, basil, mixed together with some olive oil to moisten, and salt to taste.
