I happened upon this bullfrog with a polliwog too large to make a quick meal of it. Never did see the adult tadpole tail disappear. After an hour the frog moved on to other parts.

Well in this case it’s a Welsh man and it's in Wales - Powis Castle was built in the mid-13th century by the Welsh prince Gruffudd ap Gwenwynwyn, a long story that you could write an Opera about!! Hello my amazing Flickr friends !!
Today is a purple or pink day at Color my world Daily and the theme at Smile on Saturday is stuffed animals. And since I had my X-mas party yesterday, I feel a little bit like this Mama pig : full and for some reason my hair and head hurts (and I double checked: there is no piglet standing on my head, but it sure feels like it ). So for this theme I decided to go with my stuffed pig family. Those pigs are from Sweden (well, I got them at Ikea that is why I assumed they have a Swedish citizenship ). And why not show you how stuffed Swedish piglets are brought to this world. It is comment knowledge that those stuffed cuties are very light and are close cousins with birds, so that is why stuffed Swedish piglets hach from eggs ! But don’t take my word for it, I have a picture to prove it : a hatching Swedish stuffed piglet ! Welcome to the Flickr world my sweet SSP (Stuffed Swedish Piglet). I truly hope you like it ! See you after my hungover but meanwhile you can always like this picture and help make my life a little bit better by doing so !

1 medium pork tenderloin, fat and silver skin trimmed, butterflied, and pounded (roughly 14 - 16 inches square after pounding)
5-6 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 small shallot, chopped
3 cups raw spinach, chopped
5-6 medium mushrooms, chopped small
6 sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
3 Tbsp grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup, or less, seasoned breadcrumbs
Juice of 1/2 lemon
string and toothpicks for tying
