Behind my desk is a cork board that is overflowing with stuff I have bought and collected. My collection of dog tags, badges from conferences, stickers, passes, and an assortment of random stuff.

Tonight I made a pork tenderloin which I butterflied and then stuffed with spinach, roasted red pepper, feta cheese, and garlic. I served it with roasted potatoes and red onion with a basalmic vinegar glaze.

Stuffed Beckty

A friend of mine works at an Apple store. He had surgery, and I wanted to send him something to cheer him up. Thus: stuffed apple!

It's silver vinyl, hand sewn, about 6 inches across the front.

I butterflied a pork loin and stuffed it with spinach, mushrooms and gouda cheese. Then I wrapped it in bacon just for good measure.

Sewing stuff fabric!!!
