I'm reading Slashdot and fixin' to reply to an article called "Mixed Outcome of Texas Textbook Vote". I must say, the outcome wasn't very mixed at all. If you read the replies to the comments though, you'd realize that mentioning any challenge to the religion called Darwinism is like poking a stick in an anthill.

I also must say, that if you don't read Slashdot—or even know what "slashdot" means—you are NOT a nerd and clearly not a geek. You're just a sorry, pathetic nerd-poser.

Roasted eggplant stuffed with fresh mozzarella and vegetarian Italian sausage, with orecchiette with broccoli rabe, black olives, tomatoes and grated parmigiano-reggiano.

Girl Slice made this. Had it for lunch today. Mmmm.

I could eat these things like apples! Explosion of flavors!

Rub some minced garlic and oregano inside

Chop up some cucumbers, Mozzarella cheese, and add parmesan for filler.

Pack the filler in the hollow'd out tomato

pour some balsamic dressing (or italian if you prefer) in the top, just enough to add some taste.

Fridge for the night and these make an awesome AND filling snack
