What ever it is it's some serious stuff.

Fresh minty summer blend stuffed assorted vegetables

Stuff have a different meaning when you dying.....they become alive with memories and moments .They... all what is left after you are gone.Although some of my stuff will continue to be (we are all just temporally owners of our stuff ) it will newer exist in this order like in my room now.

My stuff calm me down when I'm in pain ...they soothe my eyes from ugly medical tubes and hospitals etc They gave me comfort. and they don't disappoint you as people do :)

Although it is difficult to to admit ( because it is just stuff and some are gifts ) they tell you about as ....

Well we all have stuff in our lives and we all have to day...(.I've always loved contrast and playing with fluffy and dark side )

Very nice, classic SG2 cabbed JD carrying a big gang of rolls.

Took me long enough but I finally managed to sort out my stuff and take a picture of it, albeit a not so good one.

From Christmas 2010. It was so big, we nearly dropped it lifting it out of the pan!

Designed and made by my sister-in-law.

Going to the goodwill.

If I know you and you want something let me know.

I've not been able to get about as much recently, so I find myself photographing stuff.

I visited the Parrot Coffee Market on Ditmars Boulevard yesterday. I can never leave that place emptyhanded. I bought a few thing including these jalapeño stuffed olives. The jalapeños have hardly any heat, though. Still, they're tasty.

We all know it’s Ice Cream in the Summer and Hot Chocolate in the Winter, right? Here’s a thought…why not have both as we trudge through the cold, dark winter days. We’ve taken a favorite summer treat and stuffed it inside a favorite winter warm up drink to make Stuffed Hot Chocolate! Guests can choose from 4 delight-FULL options from our menu.

Yum yum. My mom made these. Stuffed with...spinach? Cheese? Topped with nuts? I don't know...they were already made by the time I got home. I just ate them.

I decided to draw just the head and sew and stuff it into an ornament.

The entire week, nothing arrived. Suddenly three packages came today!

Beasts Town Platy Snappy and Blu-ray were from Amazon. Husky Furby was chosen by Michi. :D

The rest are from Cinzia! I got some Perlsacktiere from her, hehe. Thank you for sending them so quickly, and also for the extras you included... you shouldn't have! You're going to run out of Blythe postcards soon, if you send me any more of them, lol. And thank you for the Beasts bag and chocolates! <3

On another topic, I'm worried about one of my Furbies getting lost... Another should have arrived before this Husky one but it's late. I constantly worry about lost packages, it's hard not to.

Crap that accumulates on one's dresser.

After indulging on some Crown Royal. The music sounds even more melodious(spl). Finding old scores and sheet music stored away, I began from the very beginning and slowly working up to the more dynamic and difficult pieces.

I miss the Symphony and the unison in which all parts of the group play in concert in accordance to how the music was written. One eye on the music and one eye on the conductor who sets the mood of the orchestra as one.

Thanks for viewing.

An eastern european classic that's good for a cold day. Here's my recipe:

Stuffed Cabbage

1 head cabbage

1 lb ground beef

¾ cup white rice (not quick-cook) uncooked

½ large onion or 1 small onion

3 cloves garlic, minced fine

5 tBSP olive oil

Two 26.5 containers strained tomatoes OR equivalent amnt tomato sauce

1 TBSP salt plus more to taste

1 tsp white pepper

1 tsp black pepper

3 TBSP garlic powder plus more to taste

3 TBSP tsp onion power plus more to taste

2 TBSP Worchestershire sauce

¾ cup red wine vinegar

3/8 cup sugar

Splash white wine (2-3 Tbsp)

Blanch cabbage for 7 minutes in boiling water, remove to cool and drain.

Make sauce: pour strained tomatoes or tomato sauce in saucepan. Add white pepper, 1.5 TBSP garlic powder, 1.5 TBSP garlic powder, vinegar and sugar. Bring to boil. Taste: add more of spices, sugar or vinegar to taste: You want a sweet/sour tangyness to the sauce. Simmer 10 minutes and then reserve.

Prepare filling: chop onion. In a dutch oven or large pan with lid, saute onion in 2 TBSP of olive oil until soft (5 min). Add garlic, sauté 1 minute. Add wine and deglaze pan – scrape up bits stuck to bottom. Remove ¾ of onion, garlic and wine mixture to mixing bowl, leave rest in pan. Add ground beef to mixing bowl, add salt, black pepper, remaining 1.5 TBSP of garlic powder and onion powder, and worchestershire sauce. Add uncooked rice, ½ cup of the reserved sauce, and mix thoroughly with hands.

Unpeel cabbage, cut the “vein” or hard part in the middle of each leaf out. Add approx 1/8 to ¼ cup filling to leaf and roll up, aiming to completely cover filling and roll up like a burrito. You can be messy – just make sure they are rolled up fairly tight. You will want to cover the bottom of your dutch oven with the rolls – so freeze any extra filling. Avoid middle leaves which are small and not pliable.

Add 3 tbsp olive oil to dutch oven (on top of the ground beef/onion mix you've left in the dutch over), then carefully pack in the rolled cabbage into the dutch oven. Pour enough sauce over the rolls to cover and then a little more. Cover and bring to boil, then simmer for approximately 45 minutes, remove cover and simmer 5 minutes more. Do not stir during this process. Remove from heat, let rest 5 minutes, and serve with plenty of sauce. Good with mashed potatoes.
