The standout, unique feature of the HotmixPRO Gastro, is its ability to process many types of food when hot - up to 190°C (374°F), including the caramelization of the sugar, such as creams, sauces, and jams, for example - avoiding the many intermediate steps involved when preparing recipes that require constant attention and repeated handling to ensure a successful outcome.
The convenience factor is that all the ingredients can be put into the bowl and the desired end-result achieved with minimum difficulty, thanks to the ultra-precise temperature control, electronically storing one's own recipes in a simple and direct way.
The HotmixPRO Gastro will also mix the contents of the bowl steadily and uniformly, at the exact speed selected, so that a faultless preparation is assured every time.
Given the facility of setting and maintaining an ideal temperature, preparations can proceed without any pointless waste of time, which in turn guarantees that quality will never fall below expectations.
The Bellefontaine High School Wrestling hosted the 10th annual Jimmy Mac Invitational held on Saturday December 11. Named after longtime educator and wrestling coach Jim McDonald who sadly passed 2 weeks prior. The take downs and pins with good matches the tournament did not disappoint. Makayla Young one of Bellefontaine’s female wrestlers is fierce and intimidating as she does her pre-match pace and jumps right in the match with an aggressiveness demeanor; she placed second in her weight class.
The Jimmy Mac award this year was presented to Bart Pattison for his contributions to the wrestling team. Bart has helped the program in many ways; his sons Boris and Bruno were standout wrestlers for the Chieftains .Covington was the overall team winners.

We were looking for a bird bath at a place which makes these lawn statues and these caught my eye. Bethune, SC.
Looking up toward the setting sun, I was able to capture these standout flowers. The location is in the Fredericksburg, Texas area.

This Daylily was dealing with the heat and humidity in a far more beautiful fashion than I was. Not a drop of sweat on it, whereas I was drenched by this time.
The sun was in full bright beaming and this flower was showing its best colors. I noticed in post processing that it was the only bloom on a green stem which had previously contained at least four other blossoms. Someone, perhaps the arborist, had trimmed off blooms, leaving this single solitary masterpiece. There were other stems with other blossoms, but this one suited my composition sense best.
I wanted to highlight that single bloom, drenched in sunlight, with the surrounding green leaves and spots of color from other flowers in the background. You can tell that this is part of a cultivated flower bed, designed for color. Just beyond these is a full bed of yellow daisies, a splash of yellow with black dots.
No matter what is around us, we have the opportunity to shine, simply by being the best at who we are.
