Surf started to charge up with the Sunset adding to the Natural beauty of Pacific Sunset. I had to be really Vigil to press trigger at the very moment the Waves hit the rocks adding foreground to the Dramatic clouds above. Picture taken at La Jolla Coves, San Diego, California, USA.

Yesterday I was watering the garden and accidentally soaked myself when I turned the hose pipe on the apple tree. But I quite liked the splash effect so I have tried to take a picture of the water jet hitting the tree

Lo primero, siento colgar la foto tan tarde, pero esta semana he estado hasta arriba. Al final hoy jugando en casa con el agua, la harina,.... he conseguido poco, pero esta me parecÃa interesante... sobretodo porque no se porqué me ha salido con esa franja amarilla :(
Mi autocrÃtica:
- Creo que me ha quedado algo oscura, pero no querÃa subir mas el ISO ya que mi cámara es viejita y no lo soporta bien.
- No querÃa usar un diafragma tan bajito porque tenÃa miedo que no saliera todo enfocado, pero tampoco me daba la luz.
- Sobre la composición , el horizonte que se ve, es el final de la encimera de la cocina (la cocina es donde hay mas luz en mi casa), creo que hubiera quedado mejor la foto haciéndola mas zenital, para asà evitar ese horizonte que llama demasiado la atención.
La franja amarilla conseguà camuflarla editándola y pasándola a B/N:
que me parece mas chula, pero he dejado la que está en color, para ver si tu ves porqué salió asÃ. :)
Conclusión: Esta lección me ha parecido muy interesante, seguiré practicando. Y me he apuntando comprarme una tarjeta de memoria mejor, porque mis rafagas....iban un poco lentas y al final solo pillaba una foto y con suerte con el splash....jejejejee...
A splash of milk in a plate. Had a flash gun with an orange plastic lid taped to it and synchronized to go off at same time as camera flash which had a green balloon taped to it.

This was a lot of fun. I'm really enjoying the 365 project because it is an excuse for me to push myself and learn more about my camera. For too long I left the settings on auto focus and took ho-hum pictures. Now, I'm taking slightly less then ho-hum pictures.
Not the best conditions for running rugby. Parts of the pitch didn't look too bad, but there were some enormous puddles.
Here the ball has gone loose from a lineout throw, and chaos ensued...

Vista del interior de la "Torre del Agua", en la expo de zaragoza.
La escultura que se ve es "Splash", de Pere Grife, que representa auna gota salpicando.
Me encantó esta escultura. Su superficie metalica parece diferente cada vez segun refleja la luz de las videocreaciones que se proyectan bajo ella.
La imagen esta obtenida combinando tres tomas con el software zero noise.
