The classic snow speeder, with its gigantic, powerful engines, was the fastest, most fun way to travel the tundra. It was difficult to control and balance the thrust of the massive twin jets. However, those pilots who survived their apprenticeship could exploit the thrust to hop over pingoes and Pingus.
Flying a snow speeder was solitary experience. The machines would kick up roughly the same amount of snow as somebody on twin-tip fat skis, making them unpleasant to fly behind.
I think it's fitting to post the Koenigsegg Regera today, as it's nearing the end of the year and it's certainly the best car I've been able to take a picture of this year, especially as we didn't expect the Regera to be driven at all !

This is the first model of the long-lasting Retina camera series. It was introduced in 1934 together with Kodak's daylight loading cartridge for 35mm film. This 117 has a Xenar f3.5 lens and a Compur shutter with a max speed of 1/300 sec. It is ugly for shure - still it works without flaws.
I like experimenting with all sorts of photography. I like long exposure stuff too and here's an example. Hope you'll enjoy it! Anyway, I'm going to share some more long exposure shots from my archive.

50 032 Courageous is just coming to the end of the reinforced rail section of the Cornish mainline at Coombe. As can be seen from the speed limit signs, the area was subject to severe restrictions. As well as the reinforced track to combat mining subsidence, there are sharp curves to contend with too. Note the line in the background. Since this section was redoubled in the 2000s I don't know if the speed restrictions were retained

A small speeder bike, perfect for saving your legs a long space walk down the 100+ studs of a S.H.I.P. or around the many kilometres of a Stanford Torus orbiting a distant planet.

An LDD doodle, based on the 28326 wheel arch, brought to life in a spare moment. The machine is a bit grey, so true to Llwyngwril Systems' motto, of "Making Space Colourful", the bike is seen speeding along a bright piece of 1970s style spacecraft.
Looking at the photo, I realise that it's covered in fluff from the carpet. One of these days I'll build things on a table, like a proper grown up :D

The 1976 Tyrrell Project 34, or P34, is the only 6-wheeled F1 car to win a Grand Prix. It's an iconic design that I knew I wanted to build, even though I usually don't build professional motorsport cars. It really must be said that this model owes a LOT to rabasz's fantastic design, to the point where this is really more of a modification or iteration on their work than a fully original MOC. Huge shoutout and design credit to them!
These top-of-the-line speeders can only be afforded by the rich on Coruscant. They are built for comfort, not speed. The speeder can comfortably carry one driver and four passengers, but they can hold up to six passengers.

It was warm and the speed was incredible.
