Inspired by the hit series Dexter and its character, Dexter Morgan, this shirt advertises a non-existent American butchery. At a particularly great party, though, you might be able to convince someone that this is a legitimate business. Or, of course and conversely, it makes a great ice-breaker for fellow fans of the series. It also makes a great gift for the Dexter fan in your life! Get a slice of life today!
Close up of the front BOOK END FRIENDS
------------
BOOK END FRIENDS- A book is worth a thousand pictures! This project is made using a Verna charm pack. It also has linen, a few scraps for "pictures" and embroidery. The buckle holds the books tight, and the strap is adjustable depending on the width of books to hold. There are wood 2x8's in the book ends themselves to hold them sturdy. The front is backed with batting and quilted with loops. The strap is fused with Thermolam fleece.

Dromedary Sliced Pimientos. Simple, yet definitely not something you'd see created anew today. Maybe they could put it in a shapely metal can or funky glass and rename it to Zap or Pims or Ximientos.

People sitting on the edge of the Kennedy Greenway's fountain (shut off for the winter months), several of them eating slices of pizza they probably bought across the street in the North End. It was the first week of February but the temperatures were in the 60s. This was a pretty big crowd for a Tuesday afternoon in the middle of winter. Actually the New England Patriots' Super Bowl LIII Victory Parade -- watched by a million-and-a-half viewers, one of whom was me -- had just ended nearby.
