E 61 The simplicity of this shot reaches deep inside me and is the 1st (and I hope not the last) parred down shot I have ever taken. I know Christmas is over but I still love the shot.
thanks to skeletal mess for the texture.

In 2013 I drove with this car from Amsterdam to Africa with the Amsterdam Dakar Challenge (www.amsterdamdakar.com).
This is in Mauritania where we drove our Saab 900, so far without any issue occurring. Sky, sand and our Saab; a simple combination that led to a lot of joy.

My summery little black dress. Love the pattern - the instructions were straightforward (shocking for a Simplicity pattern!) and it's really wearable. The little details at the sleeve and waist really make the dress.
Something real simple.
All i did was sleep today. Still have loads of summer homework to do but it's hard to get back into school mode when you've had 2 months of literally doing nothing.
A real big thankyou to my friend Amber for her lovely testimonial yesterday! :D - if you don't have her as a contact already, i suggest you add her. like....right now. Seriously...if you're still reading this you're missing out! :3

I sort of like that blue plaid one. I think I saw it once on a "Bonanza" rerun.
My mother's wedding dress was made from a pattern similar to this, but hers had full lace sleeves instead of fitted ones.

Sewed this for my trip to Japan as is warm there, & I don't have many summer tops. Not sure about this one..makes me look very broad, though I'm sure the sleeves will settle down!?

I made the wrap version, with the short sleeves and the belt.
The fabric is a cotton voile from Westminster Fibers, in a colorway that is ideal for someone with three black and white dogs.
I thought the fabric would be too sheer to wear without a slip or lining but it turns it's absolutely fine without, which is great. This a perfect summer dress.
Our first assignment in Beyond Beyond is to take at least 10 different photos of one subject varying the angle, perspective, depth of field, etc. Then create a collage of the ones you like the best.

Silly photobuff shot the yellow peper in B&W at his kitchen and tried to reflect on the meaning of photography.
What is the meaning of photography?
To reveal the beauty of things around us.
To demonstrate the humanistic values of love, freedom and equality.
To seek the mystery and beauty of nature.
To show the wonderful characteristics of light.
Please add more to the list.
Canonet 28. Simplicity and style.
I always ask about a camera's history. The only thing the seller could tell me, was that it belonged to a journalist.
There was still film inside, so I'll develop that, but it needs a PX625 1,35V for proper metering. Now it shoots at 1/30s.
