What a cute classic jumper with that added touch of a "ruffled flare"!
Ruffled at the bottom, vertical darting, pockets, and cute shoulder straps with buttons.

Checked and found to be complete.
Half size slenderette--misses' and women's one piece dress and cape. Sleeveless dress features bodice with square front neckline and round back neckline. Easy gored skirt has yoke pockets at side front. V1 features contrasting piping at side front seams of bodice and skirt. Cape and facing are same fabric as belt and piping and it fastens to buttons on dress bodice. V2 has self or purchased belt and contrast trim on dress neck edge and on cape.

Embroidered eyelet edging trimmed V. 1 or rick-rack trimmed have contrasting apron stitched to front. V. 1 and 4 have short set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casing forming self ruffles. V. 2 and 3 are sleeveless. V. 3 has embroidered eyelet trim. Pants V. 4 have elastic waistline casing.

This is my best example of simplicity. I have LED lights in my room so that made for a cool purple background. I shot this dying plant in my room. This photo kind of has a gloomy feel to it because of the dying plant.

The dress with flared skirt stitched to bodice at waistline seam has set-in sleeves and back zipper. V. 1 with contrasting "Peter Pan" collar has short sleeves with contrasting cuffs, self fabric belt and may be worn with purchased flower. Top-stitched V. 2 with self fabric ruffle and embroidered eyelet edging ruffle has purchased belt, long sleeves gathered to contrasting buttoned cuffs, contrasting stand-up collar and button trimmed front band.
Ok, so the photo doesn't scream "OH MY GOD! WOW!" But you have to admit the simplicity of the photo is pretty eye catching! And come one, have you ever seen such gorgeous lips? One of my ultimate favorite photos!

Simplicity 6928 1975 The halter is gathered to midriff ties in back and at back neck. Shirt jacket with front button closing has shirt collar, shaped lower edge and long set in sleeves gathered to button cuffs. The wide leg pants or shorts with or without waistband have back zipper.
The envelope was too tattered to show, but this interior illustration is cute. The lady on the left is pretty sassy-looking.
