took in the sides quite a bit and cut six inches off of length.
sewing the corners of the placket near the pleats was a nightmare...
but all and all, it was a good first project
I love the dark blue skirt on the lower left. Versions 1 and 4 are 29" long, the other two are 27".
Later repackaged as 7435.

My newest simplicity bag in this lovely fabric by Anna Maria Horner. This print and colorway reminds me of henna tattoos. The striped fabric is a reproduction civil war print.

This is my best example of simplicity. I really like this photo because I developed it in Lightroom to become black and white. To me this adds more depth to the photo allowing it to have a more simplicit affect. I used contrast to make the water near the poles of the pier have a more foggy affect.
This is my best example of simplicity. I have LED lights in my room so that made for a cool purple background. I shot this dying plant in my room. This photo kind of has a gloomy feel to it because of the dying plant.
