Shutter Speed is 1/25 of a second.

ISO is 3200 (midrange)

I was playing with shutterspeed

Shutter speed exercise was a bit confusing for me. Nonetheless, 1/40 was used. In previous shots located in my photo stream, I used 1/60 and vehicles passing by appeared blurry. Photo is also completely overexposed.

The shutter speed on this photo was a lot quicker, so didn't allow as much light in. The F# is smaller compared to the other photo but the biggest difference here is in shutter speed, It was taken at 1/160, it captured detail much better and really highlights the features of the plant.

Taken in a park in SS2. F5, 1/400, ISO 400. Canon EOS 1100D.

f/5, shutter speed 1/50, overcast and rainy. Captured the front and passenger side of car along with trees and road. I like the contrast of natural and rustic to the modern/square shape of the car. 1:11pm

This photo was taken outside with the purpose of investigating the influence of shutter speed on taking photos of fast moving objects. This photo uses a shutter speed of 1/50, which clearly results in the blurred effect of the moving car.

6:Description: The photo creates a ghost image and shows a movement through a long exposure in the picture. No blur through the camera jiggle because the camera was on a flat surface. Proper exposure was used. Simplicity is used in the photo because nothing is distracting or takes the eyes off the main object. Rule of thirds is followed because the objects head is in the top third of the line. Can easily see the person and the person is transparent. I think that I deserve an A for this photo.

my cameras shutter speed was set to 1/3 with an aperture of f/5. Clearly the speed was not ideal as my subject was moving. The picture came out blurry and with too much exposure. If the shutter speed was set faster to lets say 1/30 my picture would have come out clearer.

Using a slow shutter speed and moving the camera about, I was able to capture our Christmas tree lights in a way that looks more abstract than anything I've taken in the past.

The photo on the left was taken at Tv 1/200, in the centre at Tv 1/60, and on the right at Tv 1/25.
