Long shutter speed/exposure time from a bridge in Stockholm.

Shutter speed: 1/640

Aperture: f/11

Technical: I chose f/stop 5.6, with a shutter speed 1/160, at ISO 200. I chose these settings because it was a cloudy day around 4:30-5 pm and these allowed me to capture more light.

Composition: This image was taken outside on a cloudy day in front of our apartment complex. The color contrast with her hair and the background was interesting.

Context/Audience: This is my childhood friend who moved into my apartment complex. We took this image in order to provide a different angle and definition as well as because we thought it would be fun to add the apartment.

The slow shutter speed resulted in the blurring of he tennis balls

For this shot, I used a relatively slow shutter speed for shooting movement. I did this to create the feeling of pace. I framed the shot so she was at the edge, so you cannot see what she is actually heading towards, and whether she's in a hurry because of something out of frame, or if this is just a leisurely stroll.

1. Took at night with glow sticks at 15 second shutter causing that circle. 2. Took at a 1/4000 on a small waterfall catching the water as it jumped off the rock.
