After a very unfortunate encounter with Renn´s demonic soul Lunalia now has a damaged eye. She´ll do whatever it takes to get rid of the mentioned soul, thought first she needs to figure out how: destroying the demon might also destroy Renn since those two share a body.
Shattered...
The ice cover this winter lasted a mere 2 weeks on this section of the St. Lawrence River. Record breaking warm weather (hi 17C) and brisk winds ripped apart the thin river ice. I'm sure there's still some winter left, but I'm doubtful the ice will reform.

Sur le bateau nous menant au point de départ de notre aventure, nous étions déjà les plus heureux du monde puisque nous avons eu la chance d'observer une très grande diversité d'oiseaux, dont bon nombre des macareux moines (ou Puffins). Force est de constater qu'il est toujours aussi difficile de les photographier en vol tant leurs battements d'ailes sont rapides ! Néanmoins, certains semblent trop paresseux pour prendre leur envol, et restent barboter dans l'eau, tout en gardant une distance raisonnable avec notre embarcation.

An older image of a ruined pub on the A3. I drove past the pub recently and the ruins have now been secured and partially cleared. It was quite spooky at the time as I'm sure there were other people visiting the ruins as I could hear scuffling noises!
