This was my entry for DoA's photostory contest. The theme this year was Me and My Shadow and my story won 2nd place!
I figured since the contest is over and I can finally post my pictures in other places, that I'd share them here.
Sunlight and a wind chime with a star created this shadow on my old sideboard.
I love this root wood - can you find the small heart there?

This is the shadow from Steph's kitchen door reflecting onto the floor. It's the one spot in the kitchen that's worn like this. When you look closely you can see the original hardwood floor and then three subsequent new floors, each one built on top of the old.

Our Camera Club assignment in February is silhouettes and shadows. I actually like how the shadows drape across the back of this swan. When we think of shadows we often think long shadows the follow an object. In this photo I like the pattern draped across the Swans neck and back

Rob Fraud and the rest of these moronic reactionary fools are prime examples of the reason why we should be investing in more and broader forms of education and not closing libraries. A learned population would not vote for these hateful imbeciles in the first place.
