Well, if it has to be a Monday morning, at least it's a gorgeous Spring morning. So remember to breathe in the sweet Spring air as you head out and have a great week!

Took a lot of shots of the pier this evening, and this composition worked out best, with the sun at the right height, nicely away from the pier and a wave rising up in the bottom left corner to balance the shot.

Shiny winding river accidentally discovered while searching for the poorly-marked town of Hof that turned out to be a different Hof than the one I wanted to find anyway. Oh well, sometimes I guess that's what it takes to find out of the way locations!

I was experimenting with long exposure. For this shot, I used the Big Stopper from LEE, .3 ND grad from Sngh Ray.

I have to go back to this place, and try some other techniques as I think the shots could have been better.

Happy Fence Friday Canon EF50mm f/1.4 USM

Through the long hot dry summer we spent our evenings watering the garden - and my Helios lens was out with me most evenings too, to catch the setting sun. Part of the back boundary fence here. SOOC using my old Russian Helios 44-2 lens at F2.8

Happy Fence Friday, and have a great weekend ;o)
