Another trip out on the bike on Sunday morning allowed me to capture a working on Arriva service 7 Liverpool - Warrington, in this case 4844 (BW66GZL), as it passed along Widnes Road in Penketh. The use of a Volvo B5LH / Wright (or indeed any 'decker) on the Sunday service is great to see and when you compare the (pre-Covid) level of service on the 7 to what operated on the H5 when I moved to Warrington about 20 years ago, it is a clear improvement.

I've posted this one several times before both in its days as a Power branded site and subsequently as the Pace branded site it is now. It's a lovely garage and nice to get photos of it when it's actually open - there was a lot of car repair activity going on. It's also the time of year - late spring always offers great views of most village scenes.
