October 4 - This is a dated photo. OK, not that dated, but this is from the Serial Killer play that occurred earlier this year at Grambling State University. VERY good play. I need to see if Destyne or the GSU Theatre Department has this on DVD.
Anywho, I was going through the pictures (finally) and will edit those probably tomorrow or so. However, I almost choked on my drink at Mike's expression. Very funny picture to a very serious play.
"There's a serial killer..."
Now that the seller has refused a refund after I shipped it back to his paypal verified address, I'm going to make this photo-set publicly searchable. The seller has a web presence and seems to want to be taken seriously. I actually thought this might make him more reputable, but in the end he's just another flake, regardless of what he does for a living. Thanks for negative experience Lance Blaise, or Lance Nicholos, or Tacopimp, or whatever you go by these days. I wish you no luck with your "Techno Lifestyle" as you call it, since it seems to be a thin veil for acting like a complete tool and ripping people off.

Training Squadron 27 was initially established on July 11, 1951 as Advanced Training Unit-B at Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi. The command moved to Naval Air Station, Kingsville in 1952 and again to Naval Air Station, New Iberia, Louisiana in 1960. It was there the squadron was redesignated VT-27. In July 1964, the "Boomers" were returned to Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi where they continue to be an important member of the community.
One of just five Navy Primary training squadrons, VT-27 is one of two located on the Coastal Bend; we take pride in representing our area and the State of Texas.
In 1973, the squadron began a transition to the role of a Primary training squadron with the arrival on 1 August of the first T-28 Trojan. By 1 October 1973, the last TS-2A, had departed, signifying the end of the Advanced training role and the completion of the transition to Primary training. In August 1983, the squadron took delivery of the first T-34C Mentor aircraft. Since March 1984, when the last T-28 ever used for naval flight training departed, the T-34C has been the mainstay of the Navy and Marine Corps Primary flight training program. The "Boomers" average well over 11,000 training missions a year, and more than 70 sorties per training day.

This is the serial number to the Heidemann bike rebuild I'm currently working on, #7841. Must have been a fairly early production number. Heidemann only made bikes through the early 1960s to early 1990s and Pan Worlds in the early 70's. Note the oversize, drive side bearing cup. I've never seen one that big before. Tried removing it, to clean things, but it is set in place by corrosion, so I left it. Better to leave it than to bend the frame trying to remove the thing. It's smooth as glass in there, the bearing race surface. No scoring. I still managed to clean up the bottom bracket through the other side. Lots of old yuky grease in there. Threads are English, by the way. Bike was made in West Germany during the cold war with a mixture of French, Japanese, English, and German components. A low end bicycle but well put together. (The frame, I've discovered since getting the bike up and rolling, is very stiff. The bottom bracket doesn't sway back and forth when pedaling. That's an indicator of a quality frame set. Strong anyway.)
