I took this image while cruising into Oslo and I dream of a house on its own weather its on a mountain around a lake or in a river, perfect.
keeping up with few of my before uploads this one also shows my fascination with lines & blackNwhite toning with a hint of colour ^_^
An old image (not sure when from cos I'm pretty sure the date setting on the camera I took it on was wrong). Overprocessed (as is usual for most of my car images)
random assortment of elements - I did go to the attic for the Christmas decorations today !

I have had one or two people ask about this technique! I know there are many ways of achieving it, but I use Lightroom, and I play with the sliders that affect the saturation of the different colours - simples!!
The birthday weekend went well! All his children, and his grandchildren, as well as his nieces from France arrived. As far as Peter was concerned, he knew only about the arrival of one daughter, suspected the arrival of the other daughter, was flabbergasted when his son turned up, and moved to tears when the French contingent arrived! Most satisfactory!! We will be back to normal as soon as we have recovered from the invasion!
I had a chance to borrow this beast of a car at the weekend, couldn't not photograph it. Taken on my Nikon D610 and trusty 24-85mm lens. Edited using Adobe Lightroom and Anthony Morganti Presets, with a bit of tweaking. Thanks for looking

Xziva was so warm after her walk, in the shadow, that she was panting and dripping.
I put this wet towel over her head, couldn't resist taking photo's :),that cooled her off quickly, i then put the wet towel over her body and now she is sleeping and not panting anymore. Took only 10 minutes !!!
