For the past few years on the Night of November 10-11, the cadets have held a vigil at the Cenotaph. There won't be one this year, but I hope it returns next year.

The platform at Aldwych tube station. Apologies, this is very similar to several shots already posted, including a superb one in Explore yesterday.

Once again, here is Barry's shot of these young, curious onlookers. I guess, their fascination caught the photographic eye of each of us.

A motorbike I came across had this amazingly bright gold wheel. I thought it would make a good subject for selective colour. Done on the PC with Photoshop Elements

Entry into St Paul's Cathedral allowed for one night only. 300 Photographers were allowed free roam for this one off evening.

 

There is a very strict no photo policy at all other times.

 

I have some images which will be coming over the next few weeks...............
