Here is the ESV clamped between the two boards. I was pretty scared of doing this so I tried it out with a different bible first. I wrote the translation on the bindings so I would know which ones was which in process.
I think next time I may use thinner plywood (these are actually pine planks).
In cutting my blade also got gummed up so I had to stop halfway through and clean.
When I took the bible to kinko's the girl behind the counter told me that they could actually cut the binding off fine, so if you want to do this and don't have access to the machinary you could do this. I actually think it is a better idea to let them do it too.
Traditional instruments reside in a pavilion outside David York's* home in Southeast Asia. Once a week, local Christians gather to beat out rhythms on these instruments, creating traditional melodies which they set to lyrics derived from Scripture.

Haeinsa Temple is where the Koreana Tripitaka is stored. The Koreana Tripitaka is a Buddhist scripture that was carved onto over 81,000 wooden blocks in the 13th Century. It is the oldest, most intact and most complete Buddhist scripture written in Hanja (old Chinese) in the world. You can read about it here, it's really quite interesting en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tripitaka_Koreana
Unfortunately, to keep the tablets in tact, they don't really show them to the public, so we were only able to see one model tablet. However, the temple is one of the prettiest I've seen in Korea and it was a wonderful, misty day.

Bible Verses on Money 10bibleverses.com/scripture-quotes/bible-verses-about-money/
The Bible has a lot to say about money and how we should handle it. In Matthew 6:24, Jesus tells us that we cannot serve both God and money. This means that our focus should be on God, and not on earthly things like money. Money is an important part of life, but it should not be our main focus. In 1 Timothy 6:10, Paul tells us that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. This means that when we put our love for money above everything else, it can lead us down a bad path. We see this happen all the time in the world today. People will do anything for money, even if it means harming others. But when we keep our focus on God, He will guide us and help us use our money in ways that are good and helpful to others.
Plenty of room (I think) for a notebook and such. Yes, they're still in the plastic - haven't gotten her name put on them yet.
I used the pattern from here:

1 Chronicles 16:11,12 NKJV
seek the LORD and all His strength; seek His face evermore! Remember His marvelous works which He has done, His wonders, and the judgements of His mouth.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Life gives us some events that we can't control. People die, Disasters strike, love fades, jobs get lost, illness comes, and the list goes on...
We always want to fix any problem quickly, But oftentimes they are beyond our level of strength and understanding.
It is in those moments that we must humble ourselves before God, admit our weakness and ask for His help. Part of seeking the LORD is reading His word and spending time in prayer. As we become more familiar with with God's word, we will be able to recall His promises quickly. Oftentimes certain scriptures will come to mind that provide comfort for us in a bad situation.
I find it hard to worry when I am immersed in worship. Take some time to sit still and find a quiet place with no distractions. Spend that quiet time recognizing God's greatness and His glory. Express your pleasure and praise to the God who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is our comforter, Who promises to walk by our side so that we never have to face troubles alone.
[Joshua 1:9]- Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor dismayed, For the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.///
Every believer can lean on this one awesome promise! No matter what we face, We are to take courage, believe Him, and do exactly as He says.
If you have never trusted Jesus Christ as your personal savior. Now is the time. Confess your sin, admit your faults and humbly ask for His forgiveness. [ Romans 10:9]- That if you confess with your mouth the LORD Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.///
Seek Him, Draw strength and wisdom from Him. Trust In Him.

Many friends and family gathered at the church in Barrie to participate in a Celebration Service for Brian and Naomi. Several ministers laid hands on and prayed for the couple's upcoming marriage in Georgia.
Jeff and Katie listen to the reading of Scripture during the wedding ceremony. They look so thoughtful...

This image was scanned from an item in the Williamson Collection of some 450 photographic glass slides and other items, which was acquired by the archives section of the Auchmuty Library. The collection was assembled by Archdeacon A. N. Williamson, who served for many years in the Diocese of Newcastle, as well as travelling extensively in the South Pacific area. The collection vividly portrays town and country life in Australia, particularly in Sydney and the Hunter Valley, soon after the turn of the century. The collection also illustrates life in Japan, Papua New Guinea, Nauru and Fiji, from the turn of the century until the mid-1930s.
