And am considering replacing it even though the scans it takes are of very good quality and it i prints nice images too. *no need a very kind etsy person fixed my problem by telling me of an outside program that works better than the HP driver. It was a problem with the driver not the scanner. I have to pay for the program which sucks because I shouldn't have to, the one with the scanner should work! But oh well. It is worth it!
90% of the time when it scans it moves the scan over just enough to cut off the edge. As a result I have to make a big border around images to make sure every part is scanned. This is really annoying when scanning large images because even though the scanner bed is big enough it won't scan the complete image because of this bug. It works perfectly 10% of the time but when I unplug it I risk it reverting back to this. It seems to be working perfectly less often lately.
I HATE it!
I don't know what to do. I have lots of good paper for it and plenty of ink (except yellow) and I like the scans but it is ticking me off.
