The "Seven Churches", a major destination for pilgrimage in the Middle Ages, but these days in ruins except for a small graveyard. The site is situated in the west of Inishmore, the largest of the Aran Islands in County Galway, Ireland.

It's a beautiful area – full of beauty and subtlety. With one step, you go from darkness into a magical land. The light conjures contours and points in the image that I hadn't even noticed while taking the photograph.

As the sun slips below the horizon, this slightly wind-blown red-tailed hawk scans the prairie for a careless prairie dog to feast on as a late-day snack.

Let's get creative 2014 (4/52) - flowers
A dull, hazy January day near the river turned out to be more than I had hoped for - the sun shone through the haze and made everything more interesting.
Taken with ancient Pentax SFXn film camera and smc Pentax-FA 70–200mm F4–5.6 PowerZoom telephoto lens, on a short roll of AgfaPhoto APX 400 film. Developed in Adox FX-39 II, 1+9 dilution at 22°C.
Scanned with Plustek OpticFilm 8100 film scanner, using VueScan.
Diluted FX-39 is a one-shot developer, it can be used only once. But I couldn't throw it away, those 40 ml of developer looked perfectly fine, I just had to try to develop another roll. I even wrote a blog post about reusing one-shot developers, 📖 take a look here!
prima di comprare i piselli, mi piace controllare..
Ho praticato un taglio a forma di pisello sul cartoncino nero, ho poggiato il baccello e al di sotto ho sistemato 4 flash. Inoltre anche 3 luci LED (una piccola a sinistra del zippetto o picciolo?)
