A tree surgeon, a solitaire cyclist, a biker on the road.
The Safety helmets were somewhere else, loved the placement!
On the Ferry, waiting to be guided out in our car.

It is true. The skulls of young children are quite fragile and unfortunately this head gear is rather the exception than the rule.
Couldn't resist this shot. All I can say is that's one very safe person in the pool the lifeguard wouldn't have to worry about.

Our crews were chomping at the bit to clear Baker Highway. They take tremendous pride in getting the road clear. The last couple days have been difficult because of blowing snow and high winds. Trees were constantly falling across the road. As much as they wanted to clear the area, making sure crews are safe is priorty one. Making sure drivers are safe when they head to the ski area is also priority one! They are tied for first. ^jh
