An air conditioning contractor going WAY beyond the safety limits of his step ladder. Still, if he did slip, I guess the concrete floor would break his fall.
(I'm not recommending this sort of craziness, I just happened to be there with my mobile phone... and, I'm a dyed-in-the-wool photographer... what can I say.)

History of the site:
After 40 years in business the Neptune Diner located in Astoria, Queens, NYC served its last meal on Sunday, July 29. 2024. The owners claimed they were not given a chance to renew their lease, because the property will soon be turned into a residential building.
Since 1983, The Katsihtis brothers have owned the building on Astoria Boulevard but not the land, which was sold in 2018 for over $10 million.
The brothers also had a 35-year lease which expired in 2019. But since then, they were not able to come to a long-term agreement with the landlord.

But that's what Long Island City/Astoria needs is another apartment building. It's already so overbuilt, it's ridiculous. Yet they keep tearing them down and building new ones, many of which are luxury rentals. The neighborhood is losing its character to steel and glass.

We were headed to my dad's farm in Alabama with 3 loads of hay. Everyone had their money on the above trailer load falling before it arrived. Surprisingly, all trucks/trailers made it without a single lost bale of hay!
The name of Atco is better known amongst keen gardeners who appreciate first-class lawnmowers. In 1939 the makers of Atco motor mowers (Charles H Pugh Ltd of Birmingham, now part of the Atco Qualcast Bosch Group) built around 500 of these miniature cars using 98cc Villiers two-stroke engines of the type normally found in their mowers.
At £35 each, Atco hoped to sell the cars to education authorities and conscientious parents as a training vehicle for children over the age of six, with the aim of improving standards of road safety and reducing the number of accidents.
Very much a real car scaled down, the Atco Junior incorporporated every feature necessary for training, including proper hand and foot brake controls, forward and reverse gears, and Ackermann steering. There was, however, no electrical equipment or suspension except for the pneumatic Dunlop tyres. Top speed was 10mph.
The standard colour scheme was lawnmower green, with red upholstery and black wings and wheels. Although the idea behind the Atco Junior was promising, the vehicle was not put back into production after the Second World War.

Safety issue, its up to us to to apply it simple or apply it hard way, but of course the consequences is base on our implementation of safety.
Safety issues not just for HSE dept taking advantage on u but its for our own sake.
Love ur family if u dont love urself. dont ever make others suffer bcos of our negligent and stubborn to perform Safe work at maximum level.
