Starship and Chair Jet rides at the Great Allentown Fair - Canon EOS Rebel G - Kodak Ektar 100 - Allentown, PA.
A sleek neo-classic space inspired starship. Perfectly swooshable!
Originally built as a concept ship for the Lego World Builder project Lego CLASH! for one of the villain characters (this is called Jolt's Jump Jet over there). The project is created by a longtime friend of mine, so go check it out.
My entry to 2020 SHIPtember.
Clocking in at 102.5 studs, it's easily the largest vehicle I've constructed. Sadly, I'm not exactly pleased with the way this MOC. I had 30 days to build it, but I really just spent the last 5 days building through the night to finish it. In the last week I stayed up past 11 PM every day, and I got roughly about an average of 6.5 hours of sleep every day. In other words, I'm glad to be getting back to building more free-form and greenery :)
Horizon was a research vessel for the federation of independent systems. They were discontinued with the start of the great rebellion when the federation was forced to spend more resources on their military.
Kai - here are the images of all 3 troopers - If you would like, I will let you choose between the armors on the far left and right for which you would prefer. They both have areas that I like better - I love the markings on the raised stud on the far right, but I love the bug claw more on the far left. As of now, the figures on the right are yours ;)
I spent ages watching this scene, looking for a composition that would allow me to capture the movement of the ocean. I soon realised that this very large rock was my focal point. When the ocean enveloped the rock it looked like it was floating and it looked kind of imposing. Reminded me of the Imperial starships in Star Wars
The Shot
This is another shot from my last London Day Trip. This was taken at Southwark on the Jubilee Line. Each station on this line is different but all with a futuristic look and this one perhaps most of all.
The picture was taken handheld with a Sony A700 with a Sony 10-20mm wide angle lens at 10mm. I took 3 pictures for HDR. As Tripods are not allowed I used ISO 800 to get a fast enough shutter speed of 1/30 second for the 0EV shot.
Processing was done in Photomatix using the detail enhancer tonemapping. This was followed by Topaz and adjustment layers in Photoshop.
Full details of the processing together with before and after images are on my Blog see Edwin Jones Photography Blog

These are the continuing voyages of the science vessel Vanderbelt. Currently on assignment in the Vega Delta Cluster extracting large heavy metal deposits designated for star ship hull construction. Once the miners have secured the metal deposits aboard, scientists begin to examine the purity of the metals to determine whether or not they can be used for hull construction. - www.mocpages.com/moc.php/399970
In one reality a snail crawls over a streaked and dust splattered window and the reflection of the flash shows up as a burnt orange glow. But in a parallel universe......
Captains log:Having just completed a successful mission against Gorgon The Planet Killer, the Starship T.Z.5 is cruising in hyper-space waiting for new directives from the Federation.
Gorgon ,a large sentient mass, killed planets for fun.He achieved this by simply orbiting them and breaking wind.He was supposed to be invincible but we discovered that he could be rendered immobile by tweaking his fifth nipple. This was done with great difficulty as his nipples are each the size of a 20th century, double decker bus.Gorgon no longer has the desire to kill planets but we later discovered that "he" is actually a "she" and is now traversing the cosmos in pursuit of the T.Z.5.
We believe she has matrimonial intent.
