I made these blocks for the second month of the modern tradition quilt bee. I love all of the happy fabrics Leanne sent along and even tough log cabins are simple blocks I love the way these came together and how cheerful they are. They make me happy just to look at.

Nothing more fun than getting pulled on the sled around the yard! Enjoying the little bit of snow we have here before it all melts as the temperature is on the rise. I love the smile on my son's face.....he loves it! :}
They were outside playing in the foot and a half of snow that fell last night. I stepped out to snap a few quick shots and caught my reflection in the glass of our back door. He caught me catching my reflection.
