Exeter Cathedral dating from the early 12th centery. Photographed after heavy rain on a cold winters night.
This is one i have already uploaded in mono, but i would like to share the coloured version, i know its my favourite boat on the estuary but every time i visit this place she sits in some lovely positions. friends ask me how my images are so clear, answer despeckle and noise reduction.I think this exposure was around 130 seconds at F/11 with a 3stop ND grad and a lee Big Stopper.
This view/composition has been shot multiple times so there is nothing new about it. I wanted a photo of Marina Barrage in my photostream and here's my rendition of it.

I was out of town and just returned to Singapore, and will be posting shots from my recent trip to Paris.

I was joined on this photo shoot by Flickr friend Brian Pedlar, who was my expert guide for the morning, showing me various different angles to photograph this popular location. Then it was back to Brian's for lunch and talk photography......great fun !!! But my highlight of the day was Trudy's ( Brian's wife ) home made flapjack, which is to die for !!! Luang Phor Toh Temple reflected in a rice paddy. We were in Korat yesterday and I hoped to get a sunset image of this beautiful temple on the way back. I was so disappointed when we ran late and I missed the sunset, but in the end I quite liked the late blue hour image.
