On Friday 2/12/2016, 4578s is seen approaching Huddleston road ( between Huddleston & Gladstone SA) with B61-S317-GM27-GM10-S302 (last loco dead attached) in charge. This was the second of the two movements with SSR hauling 90 ex Leigh Creek coal wagons to NSW.
Unloved for several years. How many I don't know. That's a Transit & a C Class keeping it company. Had it not been left like that it might have been rescued & restored by now
W112
The high-end W112 was a luxury saloon based on the W111 chassis but with exclusive features, elaborate appointments and the Mercedes 300d Adenauer's fuel-injected 3-litre "big block" M189 6-cylinder engine - at the time the company's largest. Dubbed the 300 SE, it was given many standard power features, air suspension and a high level of interior and exterior trim.
