On Friday 2/12/2016, 4578s is seen at Spear Creek road, Stirling North (SA) with B61-S317-GM27-GM10-S302 in charge. This was the second of the two movements with SSR hauling ex Leigh Creek coal wagons to NSW. Only about 15km's later, the train had stopped at Winninowie with loco issues.
