I know, another reflection but with such a still pool and an attractive livery it would have been churlish to pass by, the two lads were a bonus. The subject is Arriva Midlands "Sapphire" 4415 an AD E40D new 9/2014 which is loading customers in Corporation Street outside "The Square Peg"

4100 is one of three Sapphire branded E20D at Gillingham, and was my bus back from Bluewater on the 700 at a somewhat higher spec than 4123 which brought me here! 29.9.20.
Photographed here at Chester, Foregate Street is a DAF SB120/ Wrightbus Cadet operated by Arriva Buses Wales' Wrexham depot with the registration X425HJA and fleetcode 2425 boarding passengers while commencing a SAPPHIRE service 1 to Wrexham Bus Station which commenced from Chester Railway Station at 16:04.

Sapphire liveried but not yet branded, Arriva Kent Thameside 4264 GN64 DXE is seen in the yard at Dartford Garage taking part in the open day held there in 2014. Alongside is Fastrack liveried 3822 GN07 AVK. Sunday 7th September 2014.
The eleven Sapphire StreetLites currently allocated to Northfleet (4263 - 4273) for routes 480 & 490 are due to be replaced but a new batch early in 2019 with these apparently off to Guildford.

Arriva Shires Sapphire VDL Wright Pulsar MX61AWO 3760 is seen making a rare appearance on the platinum service 300 from Magna Park, 3rd October.

M S Saga Sapphire is a cruise ship owned and operated by Saga Cruises II Ltd. IT was originally built by Bremer Valkam, Germany for Hapag Cruises as M S Europa. In 1999 Europa was sold to Star Cruises and was renamed M S Super Star Europe and a year later M S Super Star Aries. In 2004 she was sold to Pullmantur Cruises and renamed M S Holiday Dream. In May 2008 she was transferred to the fleet C D F Croisieres de France and was renamed Bleu de France. In November 2010 the vessel was sold to Saga Cruises but retained the charter by C D F for a further year. Following an extensive refit in Italy from November 2011 to March 2012, the vessel was renamed Saga Sapphire.

during my recent-most outing to the Bass Creek area of the Bitterroot River, just north of Stevensville. Here the river has majorly receded from its high level and energized flow of a month ago, when the snowmelt off surrounding peaks was swelling its banks with the, now, unfrozen precipitation of this past winter, a season of ice and snow finally turned to water.
The river has split here at this giant sand bar, forming the proverbial island in the stream, depositing tree trunks and branches along the way, eventually, in some 20 miles or so, to commingle with the westbound Clark Fork River in Missoula.
The Golden-tailed Sapphire has a blue hood and golden tail, and there were a lot of them at the feeders at Wildsumacho. Some of the hummingbird species allowed me to get fairly close to the feeders while they were there.
Sapphire Pulsars from both Milton Keynes depot and Aylesbury depot are seen together at Milton Keynes Central. MK based MX13ALO 3773 is seen on service 6, while creeping in behind is Aylesbury based FL63DWX 3797, branded up for the 280/X8, is unusually working service X60 from Aylesbury, 26th July
Here in this photograph we have this Stagecoach in Carlisle Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 registered YX14RXL with the fleet number of 37086 seen here at the Stagecoach in Carlisle Willowholme Road depot open day taking part in the Name In Lights to raise money for charity here it is displaying 1 Wrexham Bus Station which is a Arriva Buses Wales Sapphire operated route. This vehicle was new to Stagecoach in Carlisle as 37086 in April 2014.

It's been 23 years since I lived here but still fond memories prevail of the beach at the end of the street. Much sand has been eroded with many new rocks now visible.
Arriva Midlands DAF Lowlander PN52 XRR 4740 stands in on Sapphire duty.

BTW: This took me about 2 months to make, I half-finished it about 2 months ago but today I picked it up and finished it.
In my opinion it is definitely my finest and hardest custom
I might fix it soon.
Also tell me which starter(any region) I should make!!
If this gets 25 favs I'll remake it!!!!

With the arrival of two Sapphire specification Enviro 400s at Northfleet in April 2015, the spare vehicle at Northfleet now usually finds itself on other work. ARRIVA Kent Thameside 3762 YJ08 DZN is seen on Leander Drive, Riverview Park working route 499. Tuesday 21st July 2015.
From Sunday 9th August it will not be uncommon to see the Sapphire brand in Riverview Park because route 480 will be diverted off of Valley Drive to serve the estate built on the former Gravesend Airport.

Arriva Buses Wales ADL Enviro 400 4644 - CX15 BXW is pictured in Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet with an X4 service from Ellesmere Port to Mold. From the end of the month this short-lived extension will be no more and Arriva buses will once again become a thing of the past in Cheshire Oaks. This is the last of the batch of 15-plates in the fleet still to carry the original livery.
